"I have years of experience as a Customer Service, Technical Support, Supervisor/Team Leader, Sales Manager, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, SEO, and Drop-shipping.
As a CSR/TSR, I have handled different accounts (Financial, ISP, Console, and Hardware) and countries (US-NA, CAN, UK, and AUS). I have handled email, call, and chat as well.
I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone and email. I have experience with Live Chat Support, Zendesk, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
I am patient, reliable, always willing to learn new things and goal-oriented person.
I am eager to learn to use any new tools that get the job done well.
