By signing this RELEASE, you grant the Town of Luray (the “Town”) an irrevocable, non-exclusive license to publish and use your photograph for all purposes, including, but not limited to publications, print ads, internet content, video, digital content, and all other forms of publicity. The Town will make a reasonable effort to credit the photographer for each photograph. By signing below, you WARRANT that you own or otherwise have rights to each photo submitted herewith and RELEASE the Town from any and all liability arising from the Town’s use of the photograph(s).
