"My experience with Network technical support engineer consist of maintaining network infrastructure thru remote connection. Software installation system configuration thru remote, hardware diagnostics, solve software faults and application problems, either over the phone or remote connection. My role as a Technical support engineer is quite a diverse position and which I enjoy. I learn new things everyday and new challenges.
Transitioning from Tech to customer service was quite a challenge on the first day. But I overcome the challenge with flying colors. Customer service was second nature for me. Since I enjoy assisting people and especially challenging customers. I know I can overcome them and assist them to the best of my abilities. I always tell myself everyday before I take my first call for the day that its nothing personal. With my gung ho attitude, I was able to excel and promote myself to a higher position in the company. There is no problem that cant be resolve.
My last position was a Tech consultant and Operations manager for a mobile company.
There I learned management planning, directing, overseeing operations and the fiscal health of my department. My other responsibilities are plan staffing levels, work with QA and human resources, coach and mentor my agents and delegate responsibility
among others."
