This is a contract between Daniel Gustafson dba Say it with Music DJ Services as the producer and the buyer who's name appears below.

The Deposit listed below is non-refundable unless the Producer is unable to complete the said event. In such a case, the deposit will be returend in ten (10 ) office working days.

The Balance of the Deposit listed below is due and payable on the day of the event listed above. They Buyer does and will assume all responsibility to any or all damages caused by the guests attending the event should they become unruly. It is herby acknowledged that there are no refunds or discounts implied on services should playing time be less then originally scheduled or by late arrival of the Bridal Party, longer then expected Dinner Time, Fire, Photography, or any other delay that is beyond the control of the Producer. We reserve the right to substitute DJs as needed withouth prior notice. The producer is not responsible for any bodily damage or injury incurred by a participant or spectator during the event. There are no guarantees that every song requested will be in our library. Libraries are updated every month and most of the charted hits are included.
