"Hello, I am Lailani Rafa. I'm 28 years old. I have worked in the BPO industry for almost 3 years where I handled American and Australian accounts. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative where we answer calls from customers and help them with their general questions, claims and billing inquiries. I have worked as a technical support representative where we answer calls from customers to help them diagnose what's wrong with their equipment or line. We try to troubleshoot them and if the problem can't be fixed remotely, We are assisting them in setting up an appointment with their technicians or dealerships.
I also have experience in working as a Virtual assistant. I was a VA for an Australian Education company where I was an assistant in the HR department. I help them with their tasks, maintain the websites, process payment from students and enroll them online and help them set up appointment with their assigned tutors. We are also doing monthly evaluation to see the progress of the company and how we can further improve our services.
I also tried to do part time work as a VA for sales in Real Estate where we call potential buyers or sellers or properties. Screen potential people to rent available apartments and coordinate with them to set up appointment so that our boss can close the deal with them.
