“I have a total of 7 years of experience in the BPO and Freelancing industry. I started as a Telemarketer for a Magazine Subscription Company, I have done cold calling to several professionals in the US.
I also worked as a Digital Specialist in 2014 wherein I was promoted to Assistant Manager in 7 months. I did a lot of administrative work for the company for 4 years.
My most recent job experience is a Technical Support Specialist for T-Mobile. I was an accounts expert before I shifted to Technical Support. I am proud to say I did very well during my time with T-Mobile, getting a lot of incentives. I decided to resign earlier this year because unfortunately, our site doesn't have any more available slots for the Work at home setup."
