    Please note: The Conference Registration fee does not include accommodation. You must make your accommodation bookings separately with the accommodation provider of your choice. See Accommodation section below.

    Early Bird Registration $315. For confirmed bookings received prior to 1st November. Includes meals, Conference Dinner, venue, excursion. Does not include accommodation.

    Full Registration $365. For confirmed bookings received 1 November and later. Includes meals, Conference Dinner, venue, excursion. Does not include accommodation.

    Day Visitor $100 per day. If planning on attending Wednesday, there is an additional cost of $50 for excursion and $50 for Conference Dinner.

    Scholarship. There is a limited fund to support those for whom cost is prohibitive. Access to Scholarship is by application to

    'Accommodation only' cost at Jane Franklin Hall $70 per day for single room.
    There is a small number of double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Double rooms are $45 per person twin share, double room with en-suite $65 per person twin share. Single occupancy of a double room is $90/$130.
    NB Accommodation at Jane Franklin Hall is not available before 21st January.
