Cost for Participation in the Wanderlust Wellness Weekend
Double Occupancy = $750 per person
Single Occupancy = $950 per person


Important Documentation Required:

We want to make your trip hassle free and finalizing accurate paperwork is an essential step in an effort to ensure proper documentation requirements are met.

It is the ATTENDEES responsibility to complete the following form fully and accurately.

All submitted information is secure, properly protected, and used exclusively for your upcoming reservation.

Upon completion and submission of this form you will be emailed the Participant Agreement and bill for the $300 non-refundable deposit.

*No spot will be considered reserved until the Participant Agreement has been fully completed and received by Wanderlust Travel Boutique and the deposit has been paid.

Balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival (March 27, 2018). A final bill will be emailed to you to complete before this date.

*Any free-time activities that Wanderlust Travel Boutique arranges for you based on request will be billed separately. These options will be emailed to you a few weeks before the event.
