"The first work experience that I had in the BPO Industry was being a virtual
assistant in E-commerce. I am one of the VA’s who are helping our clients boost sales for their online store. We’re contacting manufacturers and searching for profitable products from their catalogs/ price lists. When we can find profitable products from their price lists using the formula that we have in an excel sheet, we’ll then order those items from them.
I've also been a customer service representative where we are offering Auto Insurance, Home Insurance and Health Insurance as well. It enables me to acquire skills where I could handle calling tasks and on how I could best deal with the different types of customers.
The latest work experience that I had was being a virtual assistant in Real Estate
with the expertise of marketing the properties of our clients, managing social media
accounts and creating marketing advertisements for the services that my client’s company was offering. I am also answering inbound calls from the potential customers that we had for the services that we’re offering and the properties that we’re selling. I’ve also tried cold calling as buying properties is one of the services that my client was offering.''
