Due to budget cuts, we're reaching out to families to donate a few extra supplies. Donations can be placed in the collection bin outside the office anytime, or outside your child's classroom on Back to School Night. Please fill out a donation form so we can give your child's classroom credit for the donation. The 2 classrooms that have the most donations will be awarded an extra 15 minutes of recess (1 upper grade, 1 lower grade). Please turn in donations and forms by Sept. 15, Back to School Night, for donations to be counted toward the contest. Of course, donations are appreciated anytime throughout the school year.

You may include more than one child per form.
