"My name is Rom and I have worked with multiple US-based clients as a Customer Service/Sales and Technical Support Representative, Quality Assurance Specialist and Product/Technical Trainer for more than 10 years now.
I am very keen to details, highly organized, flexible, team player, competitive, and most importantly, I am consistently motivated and passionate with my job. I can work with minimal to no supervision, handle teams and can work gracefully under any pressure. I believe that the only constant in this world is change and that learning is a continuous process. With that being said, I always crave and eager in learning new things and always put my 99% best leaving that 1% for areas of improvement as I also believe that nothing is perfect in this world.
My previous jobs include inbound, outbound and chat support, data gathering, new hire training and coaching, up training for existing employees, as well as weekly/bi-weekly and monthly QA calibration and business reviews.
Recently, I worked as an Intake Specialist for Citizens Disability qualifying potential Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claimants. My roles include gathering medical information from clients over the phone (inbound/outbound), and remote data gathering and entry of medical facilities and professionals. Then, I transitioned to working as a Product Trainer for a company specializing in GPS tracking service handling escalation, case management, new hire and up training as well as coaching.
