Completion of this form does not guarantee an appearance.

• Appearance subject to personnel availability

• Morgan’s Wonderland requests that our mascot(s) be used in relation to Morgan’s Wonderland only

• Morgan’s Wonderland reserves the authority to make the final decision if our mascot(s) will appear at an event or not

• Accurate directions, location, on-site contact must be provided upon appearance approval

• A private and secure changing room must be provided for our mascot(s) and handler(s) to change and keep belongings locked during the appearance. Water, preferably bottled, must be provided to our mascot(s) and handler(s)

• Our mascot(s) cannot be required to be inside the suit for longer than a maximum of one hour at a time before taking a break.

If the appearance is outdoors, please allow for extra breaks based on the weather conditions. Our mascot(s) will be unable to perform outdoors in severe weather

• A Morgan’s Wonderland mascot appearance may be terminated at any point based on conditions of the requested event

• A friendly and safe environment must be maintained. Morgan’s Wonderland mascot personnel reserve the right to exit from any appearance deemed unsafe or potentially harmful

• Damages may result in charges to sponsoring organization

• A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to secure the Mascot(s) appearance. The remaining balance will be due no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appearance

• If you choose to cancel the Mascot(s) appearance, Morgan’s Wonderland does not issue refunds. All payments processed are final, and the monies will be considered a contribution to Morgan’s Wonderland. However, you are welcome to apply the amount paid as a credit for a future available date.
