"I started my career in the field of customer service as an international flight attendant for the past 10 years. I then tried to apply for a customer service role in 2018 and I got in. I worked as a customer service support. Part of my responsibility is taking inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat support.

Being a flight attendant for so many years, I have learned to work under pressure. It helped me a lot in my role as a customer service representative, as we have been dealing with customers most of the time. That is why I never had any difficulties in transitioning from my role as a flight attendant to my current role as customer service representative. I am hard working, flexible and can easily adapt to changes. I am also willing to learn and get the proper training, to be equipped with all the knowledge and skills which I have to learn for this job. I have always considered being patient and empathetic when talking to customers. If needed, I can also be firm. Communication is also my asset, as we had to deal with different nationalities. In my previous jobs, English has always been a primary language of communication.

I've worked as a medical records appointment setter with the role of assisting doctors with patients' scheduling concerns, processing medical records and we sometimes work as their operators so we can filter calls and connect them to the correct staff for assistance. I am also familiar with these software and programs when needed. For project management tools, I'm using Asana, Trello, and Google Docs. For Virtual Assistance, I'm familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Gmail (Email, Docs, Reader, Calendar, Gdrive).

For Email Scheduling, I'm using Mailchimp, and I also know other software like Helium10, Jungle Scout and Keepa."
