"While I'm at my last year studying, I already am working with BPO Industry. My first job is with a Real Estate processing company. At first, I worked as an appointment setter but later on I was promoted as a Title Processor. All the hard work and perseverance paid off when I was promoted as a QA Specialist. I realized that I may not have the knowledge at first, but then my willingness to learn helped me a lot to succeed.
I then worked as a Sales Agent and Customer Service Representative. I was part of the pioneer group, which they called the Dream Team since we started that account for the company. I always hit my quota and sometimes exceeded it.
Currently, I am working as a Medical Billing Specialist. We communicate with adjuster and lawyer to collect fees provided by doctors for Injured Workers. I always hit my monthly quota and was awarded for doing so."
