"Hello my name is Tonia Hughes I am 47 years old and I have 2 years experience in call centers.
My first job in a call center was with ACT as a customer service agent. I was taught how to be patient and have good active listening so I can understand the client’s problem and give them the best solution and since I was dealing with several types of clients they all have different types of problems. I was with them for 2 years and even though it was a demanding job I really liked working with them.
My second job was with Oxxo as assistant manager. I was with them for around a year and 6 month and this job was hard in the aspect of having to work in the 3rd shift and had to take care of shipping and receiving merchants. What I liked the most about this job is that you always learn something new everyday.
I also worked for KFC and Taco Bell as Assistant manager there also I was the one who was in charge of the money handling and deposits for the store as well as taking care of the people I had on shift handling their schedule. I also learned how to do the inventory and since I was the boss on my shift I had to handle customers' complaints and in a people's manners. The most interesting part in this job was learning how to handle the money and being in charge."
