"I have been working in the BPO industry since 2004, and I have experience working in the Customer Service and Sales.
I have an extensive background in voice, chat, and email support. The last job I had is a combination of the three. My most favorite would be when I was in Uber, I have evolved so much working there. The last department or project I was involved in with Uber, was called Chameleon. We were selected agents who had been cross-trained in General Inquiries, Incident and Accident Reports. It was new and exciting as we get to communicate with almost everyone in Uber, and also everyone of our customers.
I also have worked as a support or in a leadership role. I had been an RTA, I was a Team Leader and Trainer for a short time. I have learned so much about being an effective leader during these past experiences, and I value work-life balance. I believe that if an employee is efficient in their respective roles, no overtimes should be required. A good leader should also surround themselves with people who will not just agree to everything they will say, but with people who can bring in good and logical arguments. "
