"A couple of years ago I had the opportunity to work for a pizza franchise called Pizza house. There I was able to start out first as a cook, in that phase I learned how to work in a team. I learned to be responsible in all situations.
Afterwards I worked as a Cashier. I really enjoyed that because I had to acquire both communication and social skills in order to attend to the client's needs. It also pushed me to expand on my bilingual skills because on many occasions English speakers would call for an order.

A couple of months later I had the opportunity to work for another company as an online agent. It was a really good experience. I was able to apply my experience tending to other people on the phone in English. Also I was able to learn about automobile mechanic services as i was mystery shopping. During that job i was able to learn more self discipline at work, being more efficient with time usage and self reliance since i worked from home. Something really good that helped me was that i learned how to keep a calm attitude even though some service advisors would act rude or doubt me being a customer.

It really helped me to gain more experience under pressure situations.I would gather prices on the tasks assigned to me ranging from break jobs to oil changes, battery, replacements, tire rotations etc. I spoke with many people on a daily basis whether I was taking orders and hearing customer complaints and helping them with their grievances or as a mystery shopper speaking with service advisors whether they were nice or not to gather the price on the service I was gathering.I have gained plenty of experience with that.

After that i served a two year missionary service in Mexico city for a religious institution. During my first 6 months we were in lock down due to Covid, so we worked online with social media in order to teach and talk to people, after that we were allowed to work outside. This helped gain more experience for treating people and having more security while talking with strangers."
