    I'll jump start when I started working 2004 as a Customer Service Representative then got promoted to Team Lead for a Financial account. I was assigned to handle agents that were under the Customer Compliance department. My main responsibilities were queue management and Providing Monthly and Weekly feedback to ensure agents are aware of their progress and
    opportunities. I stayed with the company for over five years.

    In 2016, I worked with a Fintech Company as a Risk Team leader. My role is managing 10 - 15 agents, Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Risk Team and achieve established service level metrics. Part of the task as a Team Leader is to ensure that important updates such as process updates and fraud trends will be cascaded in a timely manner. I also have experience with order tracking, returns and refund processing since I had a chance to work as a Freelancer for an international brand. My career only revolved around the Customer service industry making sure that I provided exceptional customer service experience.
