"My name is Doreena Agojo, 34 years old, with 11 years of work experience in the Customer Service and Outbound Telemarketing industry.
My recent job was with OfficeCleanz, a cleaning company based in Singapore and we cater clients who are inquiring about our office and residential cleaning services. I am solely handling the Customer Service Department and my day to day scope of work are as follow:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Manage ticket thru Zendesk
- Manning Hubspot for all client concerns and records.
- Coordinates cleaner's schedule to Operations
- Manage the deliveries of cleaning supplies
- Resolve client's complaints and escalate to the Operations for assistance
- Gather customer feedback
- Follow up with clients to ensure their cleaning issues are resolved and meet the client’s cleaning standards and satisfaction.
In 2014, I worked with Secure Agent Marketing as an Appointment Setter making outbound calls to the potential clients to qualify them on a specific health care program and schedule them for a meet up with our health insurance agents. Later in 2012, I worked as an Outbound Sales Representative at Tob Ventures Contact Solutions wherein we qualify US-based leads, for a health insurance plan.
Lastly, in 2008, I worked with Open Access Marketing as a telemarketer making outbound calls to the potential students who have inquired about our program and express their willingness to further their education, either online or at a University. I have also been with several accounts and handle programs such as Credit Repair, Mortgage, and Financial Counseling. Most of my previous experiences are actually with US-based companies and I am already comfortable with their time zone."
