"My Name is Enrique Rivera Lopez. Experience Handle escalated calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Managed large amounts of calls from a different line of business. Built a trust relationship with customers by providing complete and valid information by using all the available tools and methods. All while following companies' guidelines and policies.
I worked for Ava's Flowers company. I was in charge of taking supervisor calls if agents were not able to manage the call with the customer. I also was in charge of calling many different florists all over the United States, as well as handle emails of customer's complaints and refunds.
I worked for a company called Teleperformance, that had a campaign for DirectTV billing department. Later I became floor support were I used to help others that had questions about the system, or didn't know how to handle the situation with the customer."
