    "I started working way back in 2013 as a customer service representative for a Telco account. I handled incoming calls from customers who have issues and or inquiries regarding their free phone service. My job was to enroll and renew contracts, troubleshoot any issues they had on their device(phone) and document their account regarding their call.

    I started working with Concentrix supporting SEARS CANADA as a Customer service
    representative. As a CSR I take inbound calls, outbound, and Emails. I also assist in taking orders over the phone and answers questions about product specifications. I am also part of the team that looks into our delivery schedule providing delivery updates to users. Also did tracking of lost items/orders. In my stay at the company, I was awarded as the best employee of the year and got promoted.

    The most recent job I had was with Airbnb where they offer Short term and long-term rental as a platform for homeowners. We are tasked to assist users in their bookings from the platform, payments, and other questions they may have during the process. After a month I was handpicked to be a Tier2 support wherein we handled issues during the reservation. I was then selected again to be tier 3 support, wherein I handled property claims for damages, All types of cleanliness and amenity issue issues during stay, Mediating disputes between host and guest. I have excel in all the support levels and again was asked to apply for a position to be a Team Coordinator who looks after Teams to be a role model, sharing my knowledge and best practices.

    With the experiences I obtained from my experience and customer service, I am confident that I can do the task and look forward to learning and contribute by sharing my knowledge and skills.
