- Gain ability to face up to challenging physical, mental & emotional situations requiring participants to exercise team development and problem solving skills.
- Build up self-esteem and manage fear through a series of outdoor hands-on activities.
- Increase cohesiveness and camaraderie among Al-Falah Youth members.
- Strengthen & enhance one’s spiritual awareness and responsibility as Muslims.

Programme includes:
- River Scrambling
- Low Element Adventure Challenge Course
- Mini Expedition to Puteri Waterfalls
- Mt Ophir Trekking Expedition: Share a unique & powerful experience. Demonstrate empathy and concerns in a challenging new environment.
- Waterfall Abseil: A challenging abseil down the face of the 50m Puteri Falls.

Be prepared to get wet!
