"I have 10 years of experience in Customer service and sales assisting U.S customers. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines and was able to be one of the top seller.
With regards to healthcare background, I have 5 years of experience talking to practices to close the sale. We sent prescription request through fa to the practice that doctor need to sign. Once doctor approve the request they will fax it back to us. After we receive the signed prescription, we follow up for the medical records. Once we have those will ship the order to the patient. I also work as an Admin Assistant wherein we call practice to set up an appointment to the provider on behalf of the patient. Patient send request on our app which called Openmed. Throughout the years of my experience as a Sales Representative and Admin Assistant, I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
