"I have worked for a dropshipping company with a total logistics solution that includes storage, order fulfillment, and last mile delivery. I managed external and internal personnel and department performance to support client’s requirements and became their trusted advisor and leverage this trust to strategically grow and strengthen the account. I tracked shipments and get updates from the couriers of the status so I can update my client as well if there are any issues. I know the different types of freight transportation, equipment types that may be needed and I have a total understanding of the terms and functions that's being used in logistics and supply chain.
In 2008 to 2015, I worked with 3 BPO companies where my role plays from being an agent, an escalation specialist and a training advocate. In almost 7 years, these companies taught me how to be able to communicate effectively, build relationships of trust and enlist the participation of team members. I became highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and conscientious self-starter, able to strategize and prioritize effectively to accomplish multiple tasks with timeliness and stay calm under pressure.
For being in a BPO company where most of my schedule is shifting, I decided to join ADP Philippines for a back-office role as a Senior Analyst/Implementation Consultant/PayrollSystem Analyst in 2015, it was really a big adjustment for me since I need to interact and collaborate with other associate in sales and customer service and exchange routine information with members of client project team. My main task was to create/revise a payroll system based on the company or client needs and the law of the country on where the system will be used. I’ve grown so much since then and can’t help but be proud and thankful of the knowledge I acquired from them. In 2017 I had an offer from a sales company and joined iSupport Worldwide and got profiled to BDA which is a merchandising company in the US as well. My main role is an Order Management Specialist who process orders for big companies and ensure orders are invoiced within 2 business days once the order has shipped.
In the latter part of the year 2019, I decided to look for a homebased job due to traffic congestion in the city and my daily travel time is a total of 4 hours a day. I’ve been doing part time non-contracted job for few months and accepted a part time role morning shift in February 2020 up to now as an Account Manager for a dropshipping company based in HK.
I am now looking for an advance opportunity that I can stay with and get to be my home for the next years to come."
