“ Hi! My name is Sylvia Salazar and currently residing here in Quezon City Metro Manila Philippines. I have 5 years of work experience in the call center industry as a customer service representative for 2 years and 3 years technical support expert. The last account that I've handled is a telco account, and I'm doing advance technical support assistance to their devices and do upgrades on their accounts. I also learned how to multitask, think outside the box, manage my time and be detail-oriented.
I have basic knowledge of navigating google spreadsheet and excel. Also, have experience using zoom, slack, skype, and ring central. I also have knowledge in graphic designing using Canva. I can also do social media set up accounts like Facebook, Instagram, and tweeter.
With my past experiences, I developed extensive skills working with customers even when they were distressed. I'm excellent at poor situations and finding a way to make the customer happy.
