    "My name is Mary, a Virtual Assistant from the City of Smiles- Bacolod, Philippines.

    I started my career in Customer Service at a BPO company as a Customer Support Associate and was promoted to a supervisor. I handled a team of 15-20 associates and applied my strong leadership skills to promote efficiency and drive performance. Along with team management, I also did administrative tasks, performance evaluation and coaching. When I decided to do freelancing, I worked as Business Development Representative to a towing software company where I got to work with marketing teams in creating, deploying, and optimizing effective campaigns for clients.

    My most recent role is a Virtual Assistant to a CEO of a healthcare company. My primary role was to do administrative tasks. Additional tasks were phone and email support, data entry, reporting and timesheet management. To improve my knowledge and skills, I also underwent training for SEO, lead generation, SMM, graphic design and email marketing.
