This form is for applications to study Diploma of Enrolled Nursing full time at Central Institute of Technology in semester two 2015.
Applications must be submitted by 4pm on 11 September 2015.
Successful applicant will be notified by the 2 October 2015 and the course will begin on Monday 12 October 2015.
Applicants will have to sit a literacy and numeracy assessment.
