"I am expressing my interest in the post. I have over 10 years of working experience ranging from hotel reservations, to customer service, then technical support, and handling team escalations. I have attended to different kinds of customers, provided quality assistance to their different needs in the most efficient time. Making customers feel genuinely cared for making them a repeat customer.
My experience in the customer service field taught me how to properly listen to customers. Taught me to understand peoples' feelings and reactions towards different unwanted situations. I learnt that not all feelings, reactions, and responses are verbally said; there are also those non verbal cues which we need to be careful of. Especially to those people that doesn't say that much, they have feelings that need to be addressed. I also learnt the value of timely resolution. Providing the best resolution in the most needed time. What good is the resolution if it isn't needed anymore.
Working in this field taught me several attributes in providing a world class customer service. One is actively listening to our customers' issues. We also need to pay attention to their silent cues. ( As I have mentioned in the previous paragraph). Understand what happened and what frustrates them. Empathizing is also a good one. Letting them know that we understand how they feel on that particular scenario. Thanking the customers for their business with us is also a good attribute to customer service. Letting them know that we truly appreciate them doing their business with us, instead of somebody else's. It is important that we address all the customers' issues and made them appreciated, in that way we can look forward into doing business with them again. Genuine care, I can say is the best attribute to customer service. For if we practice it, everything else will be covered.
My top skills include problem solving skills, being able to work with very minimal supervision. My boss wouldn't need to check on me most of the time. I do diligent researches on the things that are needed to complete the tasks I have been given. I have the ability to work under pressure. Making sure that my outputs are excellent, even the most tedious task. I can communicate well with different types of people giving me the edge in acquiring pieces of information, and processes, to be able to do the tasks given right ahead of time.
I have an excellent internet connection with an average of 50mbps on both UL and DL, which makes system tools run smooth and really fast."
