"Being in the call center industry and in a shared services company gave me over 2 years of work experience (going three years this 2018). I am currently working as a fulfillment associate that caters to admin tasks as well as processing orders like account creations, doing account maintenance, updates. Effective in using the tools and communicate in different internal departments to provide quality work.
I have acquired my skills in handling different kinds of customers in different cultures through my experience in the call center for over 2 years. I have practiced handling calls which includes, but is not limited to, billing disputes, reconnection of account, cancellations, further troubleshoot for triple play package for all tv, internet, and phone products. Also, I schedule service calls once issue has been analyzed and all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted. After 6 months with my first BPO Company, I was promoted as Lead Support which assists the Lead Supervisor in admin tasks, conducting call calibration, recording agent’s monthly performance under different metrics, providing knowledge for agent’s queries about the company’s products and process.
Professionalism and Integrity are both my key traits as I always make sure I perform well in work under any given condition and still provide quality results without sacrificing the company’s image or business rules.
