SSSWE accepts members reservations/ orders for Sweet Deal of the Day Display Advertising, Business In the Spotlight, Directory Advertising, Classified Advertising, Sponsored Advertising, Print Advertising and Preprinted Inserts.
Open Rate
In the absence of a contract, all advertising will be billed at the OPEN RATE (see SSSWE Ad Packet). Frequency discounts and Cash with Copy discounts are available.
MEMBER Advertising Benefits
-Members are entitled to (2) two FREE simple Deal of the Day Ad designs per per quarter (2 Free Ad designs in 3 months). - If you would like to purchase a new design ad the fee is $40. No limit on the number of ad design purchases, however there is no priority with this, Sweet Deal of the Day ads will be placed on rotational list.
Advertising Art Submission Requirement.
Sweet Deal of the Day: Members are to complete and submit advertising form. After review member request will be placed on advertising rotational list. Ad date will depend on the number of members on list. One member deal per day.
If ad is to be submitted, , all display and business directory advertising will be submitted camera ready. (Acceptable files are: .pdf, jpeg,gif, jpeg)
Ad consultation and design service.
Graphic consultation, typesetting and layout services are available at the rate of $40 per hour.
Unaccepted Advertising
Political, alcohol, tobacco, or adult content advertising are not accepted. The word “Advertisement” will be used with copy, which, in the opinion of SSSWE, resembles editorial matter.
Terms
Terms: 30 days net. SSSWE will levy a charge of 1.5% monthly, 18% annually, on balances unpaid over 30 days.
Accounts receiving specified contract rates, but not paid prior to the last day of the month following the month of publication, will have their contract rendered void. These accounts will be billed for all advertising space used. Otherwise, advertising space used (and unpaid by the last day of the month following the month of publication) will be billed at SSSWE's one-time rate.
Liability
SSSWE shall be under no liability whatsoever by reason of any error, for which SSSWE may be responsible, in any advertising beyond the cost of the space actually occupied by the advertisement.
SSSWE shall be under no liability for their failure for any cause to insert an advertisement.
Advertising Content
SSSWE reserves the right to reject any advertising it feels is not in keeping with our publication standards. SSSWE assumes absolutely no obligation, responsibility or liability for subject matter contained in copy placed by its Advertisers or their Agents. The Advertiser agrees that all materials and copy furnished will comply with all State and Federal laws and regulations. It is also understood that the Advertiser and the Agency placing such advertising jointly and separately agree to indemnify SSSWE against all expense, loss or damage incurred or sustained by reason of printing such copy.
SSSWE will not be responsible for art work and/or printing material left at its offices over ten days. Advertising layouts and copy prepared by staff of SSSWE are the property of SSSWE and cannot be reproduced in other media without express consent.
Incorrect Rates or Conditions
Insertion orders containing incorrect rates or conditions will be inserted and charged at the appropriate schedule of rates and conditions in force at the time or in the Advertising Contract. Such errors will be considered clerical only.
PAYMENT: If you have ordered a fee based service, please link to paypal to pay for request. If order is not paid within three (3) days, service request will be rendered Void.
