“I am a results-oriented person and highly organized individual with 5+ years of experience of Technical Support Specialist. I enjoy creative problem solving and getting exposure on multiple projects.
I worked as a Technical Support Specialist in year Nov 2018 – Nov 2019. My job description was to diagnose and resolve 1st level support issues and respond to requests for technical assistance. And redirect problems to the correct 2nd Level Support resource.
Due to redundancy, I lost my job. In year December 2019 I was hired to become a Social Media Manager where I learned to be more creative and flexible. From my previous jobs, this is my first job that is not relevant to my skills as a Technical Support Specialist. But I enjoyed being introduced to the Digital world of Marketing. My communication skills became more fluent and became more comfortable talking to foreign clients.
Up to this date, I continue to learn more about the Digital Marketing. I started to attend free webinars to meet new people that can encourage and exchange their knowledge that I am not familiar with. As a team player, communicating with different kinds of people around the world was become not my problem. Working as a Social Media Manager helps me to identify the situation or problem as well as the factors that may influence it. I learned to solve it by myself and not asking for anyone else. Working in a home-based set up has a minimum supervision. But nonetheless, I enjoyed working as a Virtual Assistant. ''
