"Being a project manager was my most recent job. I was the overall incharge of the operations. I used to handle agents who were dialing remotely for different lead generation, sales and customer service campaigns.
My job description was from recruitment, training, management, and supervision of call center agents to ensure that they possess the necessary skills that are required to satisfy the needs of customers and out-perform sales benchmarks set by the clients.. Once agents were hired I made sure that the schedule , length and depth of their training were within the parameters of our clients. I made sure that everyone was well trained before endorsing them to the operations department.
Once endorsed to the operations, I made sure that agents were working efficiently and effectively. I made sure that that high standard of service was delivered to customers through the effective and efficient use of staff and other resources. I was also responsible for the provision of reports concerning the performance of the agents to different management teams."
