"I am currently working at Bluejeans Network as a Customer Success Manager. Bluejeans is a paid tool that provides video conferencing to businesses. My role requires me to get in touch with the clients every quarter to ensure that they are well cared for. My other responsibilities include asking if they have any concerns about their subscription and working with them on renewals.
I also take care of the customer's billing concerns. For example, suppose the customer has some problems regarding overcharges or not being charged at all, including issues with credit cards. In that case, I coordinate them with our billing team and ensure that their license or their subscriptions are up and running. I also make sure that they keep on using Bluejeans by monitoring their usage rate. If it is low or not used at all, I get in touch with the client and check if there is any problem.
I like Bluejeans because it allows me to help customers to have their experience maximized. As a company, they empower me to make decisions that enable the customer to use the Bluejeans platform to its full potential."
