    " My name is Oscar Cantu and I'm 43 years old. I have worked as a customer service rep over the
    phone for the last 9 years.

    I have about 10 years’ worth of customer service experience. I am currently employed by company called Paradigm Investment capital, on this job the system automatically dials phone numbers and what I have to do Is ask if the homeowner Is selling his or her home and if they are selling their home, I would next ask about the conditions of the property so that I can give them a proper offer for the house, this is depending on the area and the conditions of the house as well. I also asked how much they wanted for it. I then have to convince them to lower the price of the house and I would also try to find out If they have any other properties. This was a home office employment.

    I also worked for Alorica Contact Service, I had to help elderly people refill their prescription. We provided service for a well-known company in the United States that helps retired people that need their day-to-day medicine. We also had to get in contact with Medicare through email or phone. On this job I had to be prepared to decide if it was a life-or-death situation to override prescription refills. In this job you had someone else's life in your hands. With them I also took supervisor calls.

    I worked for another company called Teletech, here I helped customers via telephone on whatever their banking needs, I used to provide customer service for a United States bank. I helped on money transfers, checked on unknown charges, payments, due dates canceling their debit or credit cards, explained monthly statements, and also reset their online banking access."
