“ I’ve been working in BPO now for 5 years. My most recent Job is with IQOR for metro as a customer service representative , I assist customers with their bills and provide plan that suits their budget that’s for 1 year and 5 months. Prior to that, I’ve also worked with VXI for AT&T as a customer service representative and that’s for 2 years for billing department and sales, I’ve also worked with TELEPERFORMANCE for TMOBILE for 1 year as a customer service representative we also assist customers for billing inquiries and sales too. Basically, that’s my job description.
I’m an undergraduate in College, Bachelor in Science in Physical Therapy and I also do love to meet new people and help them in anyway that I can. I’m a Team player, and loves to work with other people, many people around me. I’m articulate as well. I do love to read Stuart Wood novel, Basically that’s all for me. "
