“I have been working in the customer service industry for over 10 years now. I worked for different kinds of companies like an internet service provider, printers, home appliances, and gadgets. I also have experience with order fulfillment and being an account manager for a car parts company.
My first work experience is as a general customer service representative for a wireless internet service provided in the US. I got promoted to tier 2 support after my 6th month. I also worked for one of the biggest gadget companies. I worked as a technical advisor for smartphones and got promoted to tier 2 support after my 7th month, where I handled additional support for laptops and desktop computers. That was my most challenging job by far, I have to maintain a 90% customer satisfaction rate every month for 3 years. I was selected as the top advisor a total of 4 times during my stay there. They also gave me a task to handle a team of 10 advisors and help them reach improve customer satisfaction rate and the time they are taking to resolve their cases.
I started freelancing in August 2019. I have all the necessary equipment for a work from home setup. I believe I can be a great addition to your team because of my experience. I just need proper training materials and I'll be good to go."
