"My Name is Persevere and I am glad to be applying for the Customer Service position in your company. I am currently doing a part time job as an Online English Tutor for Japanese students.
I feel that my skills and job experiences makes me a perfect fit for the role. Prior to teaching online, I have been in the BPO Industry as Customer service and Senior Specialist. While working in the Call Center, I also worked as a Virtual assistant part time. I had experience with email and chat support, answering customer queries and making phone calls when needed. I also did lead generation tasks, I researched potential clients, assessed them and made connections with them.
I am a person who's goal oriented and I always challenge myself in learning new skills that will help me do better work. I can work independently and when I find a certain challenge on the task, I do research and study the item I am having an issue with.
I hope to be able to work with you. I am eager to share my skills and know more about your company's mission and vision."
