"I am Rachel Ann Gole Cruz, you can call me RA for short. I've been with the BPO industry for 6 years now. I started as a consultant for Ebay, helping customers to buy, sell and register. This job was mainly walking through the customers over the phone on how they will properly do their listings, file an Ebay case if they encountered any issues with their purchases and how to register their account.
After Ebay, I've worked as a customer service representative for T-mobile prepaid and postpaid. I've handled account refills for prepaid, bill disputes, plan changes and a bit for up -selling for postpaid accounts. Few months after, I was promoted as a Senior representative handling supervisor calls and escalations. I became an on boarding support as well for training team doing some of the supervisor's job like call monitoring, coaching agents and taking over calls. The account got transferred to other location so I've decided to let go of the job.
I've tried a new line of business and became a sales representative for ATT Uverse. I've handled pure sales for internet, landline and cable. I've experience doing outbound calls as well to do follow ups and closing the sale. After that, I took a sale representative job for Staples, taking orders over the phone for consumer/personal and business. I did order tracking too and doing outbound calls to different couriers to check the status of the delivery and missing items. I got promoted as a Level 2 agent after taking calls for a month. The management let me handle different batches of new hires helping the trainers to prepare them taking calls. Staples is an online market place for office and home supplies.
I left the job because I have to transfer her in Cavite from manila since my family will be permanently stay here.
I got a job in one of the call centers here in Cavite. I've handled Collections for Sprint.
I did payment processing and payment arrangement for the customers with a minimal customer support like changing their plans or any account changes. It didn't go well since the pay was too low to cover my expenses so I've decided to get a job again in Manila while living in Cavite. I was hired as a Technical Support for Google. I've supported Home automation and Streaming device. I enjoyed it a lot! Completely different process and nature of work. My main job was to do troubleshooting and help the customers to stream and cast whatever they want to watch from their phone to Television using Google Chromecast.
It was a very challenging account but my research skills was fully developed there because most of the time we had to troubleshoot other devices like routers, mobile phones and laptops/computers my own ways, without it being taught during training. It was an awesome experience! Everyday I've learn new stuff. Everyday, I had to learn new things on the spot and deliver the resolution to the customer like a pro.
All of my experiences made me adaptable to change. Work under pressure and to learn a lot of stuff in a short period and being good it with in a matter of minutes. This will surely be beneficial for me when you guys decide to hire me.
That's it! hopefully, I can get a spot."
