"I am new in the BPO industry and being a Virtual Assistant is fairly a fresh genre for me, but when it comes to customer service, trust me when I say I am all out. Ever since I graduated, I have been managing people to be at their best whenever they are facing and assisting the customers.
Back in 2014, I had the chance to be working in the Boracay Islands. I was the Admin/ Head Field Coordinator in Boracay Island Concierge then. I was very familiar with the customer service level required though this was where I learned to be more agile and flexible. Then I saw a greener pasture and decided to be with Good Vibes Entertainment as the Event Production Director. In which I was able to use my skill in full extents. Though after a few years I needed to go back to the mainland to take care of my child. This is where Concentrix came to help.
In Concentrix, I was able to use all the skills, that I acquired in all those years working on a different field. The account we handled is one of the known telecommunications companies in the US. It was difficult since I was a newbie but I got the hang of it as time passed. We mainly helped the customers understand their bills, explain what their plans are, and make sure they are maximizing their benefits. We also assisted them in troubleshooting but when it gets complex, we transfer them to another tier. All of those, while making sure my metrics are all balanced. It was tough but I was able to exceed my limit and learn new skills and experience that I believe will be helpful in my next job."
