"Hello my name is Nidia Martinez I'm from Mexico City. I started in Mexico bilingual assistant and customer service. Also, in Canada I started international business and sales. I have over 10 years of experience working independent area customer service sales marketing and virtual assistant all of this has given me the opportunity to work in different types of companies for example construction, pipeline, Insurance, auto dealership and also take part in corporate events. I really like to learn new things and in my spare time I started French.
In my most recent work in Mexico City I was as Receptionist, CSR helping in administrative activities, such as account management, looking over a designated team, reporting and direct client communications. This company was on site events production house, National and International.
I am very comfortable with taking calls, as Receptionist I received a lot of calls from 07:00 to 18:30 hours, due It being a big company with over 200 employees. Unfortunately, due to the Covid 19 the company had to closed. Since February, I am looking for the right home office work offer. I came across your post and though it would be the best fit for me.''
