"Hi, my name is Jasmin Mendoza. I'd worked as a Project Manager for an automotive company where I was involved from the product pre-design development stage until completion.
I primarily acted as the window person of the company to the customers, to the suppliers, and to the manufacturing department. I handled almost all negotiations with them regarding design change requests, deadline adjustments, and others. It was done using different channels; emails, phone calls, or web conferences. I also did the overall project progress management using an in-house monitoring tool. It included setting up regular meetings with the team, with the management, with different departments in the manufacturing side and with the related overseas groups. Furthermore, to keep the high quality of our designs I had to make sure that all standards were observed, all necessary checksheets were performed promptly every step of the way.
Because of these experiences, I am confident that I have the communication skills, schedule management skills, and administrative skills required for the position. Additionally, working online for more than two years, I've learned essential online skills, too. But still, I am willing to run the extra mile to learn new skill sets as required."
