I agree to enter into this Foster Contract and acknowledge receipt from Sunshine Golden Retriever Rescue caring for one or more foster SGRR dogs into my home. Throughout the adoption process, the rescue SGRR dog(s) in my house will change from time to time, with the understanding that I will honor this contract to the best of my ability. *

I agree that if for any reason I cannot continue to foster, the rescue SGRR dog(s) will be immediately returned to SGRR. The foster SGRR dog(s) shall not be given away, or sold. Nor shall the rescue SGRR dog(s) be adopted without the consent of SGRR. *

VET CARE

I agree to provide all necessary veterinary treatment recommended by SGRR. *

All veterinary bills will be covered by SGRR only when prior approval by a member of the Board (contacts to be provided) has been granted. Exclusions are made for life and death situations. In the case of a life or death situation, when every moment counts, I understand that I am to take the rescue SGRR dog(s) to a vet or emergency clinic if after regular vet hours. I will contact the Foster Coordinator as soon as possible. If contact to the Foster Coordinator is not made, I understand I could be held financially responsible for treatment not approved by SGRR. *

I understand that SGRR is a nonprofit organization and, as such, charges a fee for rescue SGRR dog(s) in exchange for medically caring for each dog in its program. *

I agree to contact the SGRR Vet Coordinator regarding regular treatment and that the rescue SGRR dog is owned by SGRR therefore all decisions must come from the SGRR Vet Coordinator. Failure to do so could result in financial responsibility belonging to the foster. *

Foster Responsibility

SGRR is not responsible for any damage or injuries caused by a foster SGRR dog(s) while in foster care; supervision of the dog(s) is the responsibility of the foster. I will assume responsibility for all events that occur in connection with fostering. *

I agree and understand that this agreement sets forth all promises, agreements, conditions and understanding between me and SGRR oral or written, including the Foster Application and that both parties have fully read and understand all of this agreement. *

I agree to pay SGRR for any and all expenses, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees in enforcing the terms and provisions of this Foster Contract. Payment of these damages does not excuse me from returning the rescue SGRR dog(s) to Sunshine Golden Retriever Rescue, LLC. *
