    "I start working as a dispatcher for medical, pharmaceutical, military, social services and a variety of businesses, taking a message, booking their appointments, settling up call backs for a follow up, I usually took around 70 to 100 calls in a shift of 8 hours, I enjoyed being helpful.
    Part of my customer experience was to be at the front desk position, booking reservations, providing information for future guests, every morning I had to update internal data in an in- house system called “Alice”, as well create soft tickets to our internal IT department when needed. Last but not least, sales and financial knowledge which I believe share the same skills since are personal to clients' needs, I had to operate in compliance with legal regulations and educate the client of their product.
    Today I can say that the mayor challenge is to always embrace the change or a rocky situation with positivism and hands on, in whatever task we face in life, keeping in mind, there are always resources to go for a better resolution, or for example in a professional environment ask for those who have experience to guide you for a better outcome."
