Flying Horse Vet Practice Wellness Programs 2020
Do you dread the effect of the annual vaccine/wellness visit on your bank balance? Let us help by offering both premium service and a payment plan! Choose the wellness program (listed below) that best fits your equestrian lifestyle.
Wellness Plans:
Backyard Horse: includes West Nile Virus, Eastern Equine Encephalitis, Western Equine Encephalitis Tetanus and Rabies vaccine. Annual physical exam, annual fecal exam, dental exam and floating. ($27/month/horse)
Show/Boarded Horse: includes West Nile Virus, Eastern Equine Encephalitis, Western Equine Encephalitis, Tetanus, Equine Herpes (Rhinopneumonitis), Equine Influenza and Rabies vaccine. Also includes fall booster of Equine Herpes and Influenza. Physical exam (spring and fall). Fecal exams (spring and fall), coggins test, dental exam and floating. ($39/month/horse)
Beyond annual/semi-annual visits, members of the wellness plan will receive the following benefits:
-10% discount on farm call for each horse on the wellness plan, for all visits during the course of the year (discount not to exceed 50% of the farm call)
-50% discount on emergency fees.
*Farm call is not included in the program and will be assessed separately at the time of the appointment.
