"Hello! My name is Suzette Lavilla. I am from the island province of Cebu, Philippines.
I used to be a personal assistant to a life insurance manager. I was tasked to prepare, edit correspondence and documents. I also helped manage and maintain my manager's schedules, appointments and travels esp since she needed to travel a lot to check what field agents would need and help boost morale. I also helped organize meetings (esp monthly meetings of all agents) and events. From setting up the venue, confirming participants and disseminating the agenda for the meeting. I also helped in preparing the reports and documents needed for the said events. More often than not, my manager would also ask me to monitor, screen, respond and distribute email communications so that she can attend to other pressing issues
After obtaining my second degree, I then worked as a Process Engineer for a local furniture company. I spent the last 10 years employed as a telephone banker, a subject-matter expert/coach and team leader for one of the biggest banks in the US.
I am proud to say that I have excellent communication and customer handling skills. I am also flexible, a fast learner, self motivated and organized. I am proficient in using MS office applications.
I have had excellent customer satisfaction and quality scores when I was still a customer service representative. I was consistently in the top rankings and at one point I was ranked number one for the whole Cebu site.
I enjoy singing, playing the guitar and the violin during my free time. I also love to watch movies and surf the internet.
I want to work from home so I can enjoy the benefits of a quiet atmosphere. And without the distractions of the office, I am able to stay focused and complete tasks quickly. I also love the idea of saving money and avoiding traffic since I will no longer be commuting.
I look forward to working with you!"
