"With my recent job, I used to be a Sales Specialist for more than 5 years. We received calls from new and existing customers and pitch for additional sales by probing and providing information about our products and services. Also, As an elite agent, I handled Business account with 1-99 employees, and help the business Industry with setting up Phone and Internet services for their employees. We managed metrics by means of conversion (sales over the number of calls).
