"My name is Karina Lobato, I have one year experience as a customer service
representative at Teleperformance for an US Energy company specialized in electricity
plans for homes, my duties were to respond to telephone inquiries, providing quality
service to customers by clarifying and resolving any questions concerning the electricity plan they had and offering solutions within customer budgets and proactively followed up with all leads.
Something essential when taking calls was to listen attentively to customers needs, so that I could provide excellent customer service. I attended their requirements, and down the road, I used to make a quick review of their accounts, so I actively informed each customer their balance, payment due date, or plan due date, etc.
I strived for prompt resolution of complaints as much as possible, to avoid escalation of calls to the supervisor, and ensured customers were satisfied with every part of the service provided.
