"I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for over eight (8) years. My first job was in a telecommunications account for almost three (3) years. At first, my task was just to assist customers with their queries and process their orders. Fortunately, I was promoted to take supervisory calls, and later on, I progressed to tier three or technical support.
My next job was a teller in a local bank for a year. I needed to earn more at that time since my brother was going to college, that's when I decided to resign and go back to the BPO industry. We were selling satellite radios in the next BPO company that I joined. We also attend to customers' queries, do basic troubleshooting and cater customers' billing concerns.
My most recent job was more broad because we schedule conference calls, moderate conferences, answer billing questions via phone, email and chat and do outbound calls when there's a lead generated to discuss our products and services. Also, when customers have questions about their contract we do the research and follow-ups."
