“I do have 10 years of working experience in the BPO industry handling all types of phone calls, from sales to retention, escalation, billing, design consultant and so on.
I was also a subject matter expert on my previous Job with Telstra and one of the tasks I was given was writing articles for events on the company, success stories and articles about some new product update. As a subject matter expert we did a lot of research since we mainly handle product inquiries. We also do floor support and escalation calls.
I also had some exposure with our training team and I had the privilege of handling training for 1 month. A few months later from that, I was hand picked as a substitute Team Leader. During the 6 months when I had that role, I was on of the top teams for 3 consecutive months.
When the pandemic hit, I taught myself adobe photoshop, Illustrator and when the company pulled out back in February, I decided to learn programming."
