“I worked with time warner cable as a tier 2 technical support representative for 4 years as a computer programming graduate I really love the job because it's about computers and internet, troubleshooting and repairing connection. Working with time warner cable molded me in speaking and written english, working on a graveyard shift and how to handle and pacify irate customers. Working as a freelance assistant event organizer was somewhat similar to working with tech support because if the organizer is away I was the one calling the shots and troubleshoot issues and offer solutions asap. I worked with metropcs as a customer service representative/ billing, it helped me understand more about how to calculate pro rates and refunds. I worked with capital auto auction for 2 years as customer service/ title specialist, nature of my job is calling those who donated their vehicles to the charity and making sure all the paperwork are complete before its picked up. Now I'm helping out with my sisters store as a cashier, all my experiences helped me to interact with customers and provide detailed information about the products in our store.
